Terms of Sales

Any order for Products placed by a Customer on the Site implies his unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, of which he acknowledges having read and approved all the terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise stipulated, these General Conditions of Sale take precedence over any other clause or stipulation mentioned on the orders, correspondence or any other document exchanged between CHAMBRE230 and the User.

CHAMBRE230 may have to adapt or modify these General Conditions of Sale. These modifications are immediately brought to the attention of the Customer by an update on the Site. Orders prior to a modification of the General Conditions of Sale remain subject to the version of the general conditions in force on the day of the order.

CHAMBRE230 ensures the conservation of successive versions of the General Conditions of Sale. CHAMBRE230 nevertheless invites its Customers to keep a copy on a paper document or in the form of an electronic file.

Shipping Policy

6.1 Product Selection

In the event of an order on the Site, the Customer selects his Products by adding them to his shopping cart, by clicking on the button entitled "Add to cart". At any time during the ordering process on the Site, the Customer may:

  • check the number of Products contained in his basket and obtain detailed information on each of them by clicking on the "My Basket" icon
  • continue your selection of Products by clicking on the "Continue shopping" button
  • complete their order by clicking on the "Finish my purchases" button

6.2 Verification of the Order

By clicking on the "Order verification" button, the Customer accesses a summary of his order allowing him to check the details of his order and its total price, and to correct any errors.

On this page, the Customer can modify the information entered, and in particular the Customer's billing address, his delivery address, the details of his order (nature and quantities of the Products ordered).

After having read the summary of his order, and once all the information requested has been completed by the Customer, the latter becomes aware of the General Conditions of Sale in force and confirms his acceptance by ticking the box provided for this purpose.

He can then access the next step. At the end of this first step, a summary page corresponding to the order form appears on the screen.

6.3 Validation of the Order

After reading the summary order form, the Customer clicks on the button entitled “Proceed to payment” to express his acceptance and thus confirm his order.

By validating your order, you accept our general conditions of sale as well as our confidentiality policy. We may use your email address to send you other information about our own products and services. If you no longer wish to receive this information, simply click on the unsubscribe link included in our emails or send a message to chambre230@yahoo.com

6.4 Payment of the Order

The validation of the Order by the Customer clicking on the button entitled "continue to shipment" leads to the immediate payment of the price of the Order.

The Customer will pay the amount of this price, according to the terms of payment provided for in article 7 below.

6.5 Order acknowledgment and invoice

After acceptance of the Order by CHAMBRE230 and validation of the payment made by the Customer, CHAMBRE230 sends the Customer, by e-mail to the address communicated by the latter, an acknowledgment of receipt of his order summarizing the essential elements thereof.

6.6 Archiving of the Sales Contract concluded electronically

In accordance with the law, CHAMBRE230 ensures the conservation of all the contractual elements relating to each Order for a period of ten (10) years and guarantees the Customer access to all of this information.

Refund Policy

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay a penalty.

Returns must be made in their original and complete condition, without having been damaged, washed, or worn outside the fitting; the original packaging and any accessories (packaging fabric pouch, undetached labels, tote bag, etc.) must also be returned.

    Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.
    Return costs are your responsibility.
    In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, CHAMBRE230 will refund the sums paid, within 14 days following the notification of your request and via the same means of payment as that used during the order. room230@yahoo.com
